Burnham’s football alcohol ban remarks: The risks of an unbanning alcohol in sight of the pitch in English football would outweigh any benefits, argues Lydia Spencer-Elliott in the Independent, despite Prime Minister Andy Burnham’s saying it is “unfair”.
